Who is Pox Populi?
‘Pox Populi’ was the nom de guerre created in 2018 by Angelo Plume. The name was first and foremost a bit of word play, but it also reflected two important things: the illnesses from which the modern world suffers, and the populism which was rising up all over the West in the previous decade. Since starting out as a YouTube channel on which Plume delivered bare-bones presentations on philosophy and current events, the Pox Populi persona has spread to other parts of the Internet, including Substack. Here, Plume publishes essays and articles on various themes relevant to the cause of nationalism.
