“The Internet is not real life,” it has been said. But of course it is. Despite the proliferation of bots and AI, real people still use the Internet and social media, and the things they say, do, and share on the Internet have real effects on the real world. Sometimes these effects are profound and momentous. Sometimes they simply provide mirth, entertainment, and/or food for thought. I had an interaction on X Formerly Known As Twitter which fell into the second category, but has left me pondering its potential for profound implications.
On June 4, an American-born Israeli Jew named Blake Flayton posted a picture of his Israeli passport cradled between his fingers while Rome’s Arch of Titus stood in the background. “Rome,” Flayton stated in the photo’s caption, “you’re gone. Yet we remain.”
To which I responded with this:
Rome destroyed your temple, crushed you so hard even your god abandoned the field, scattered you to the winds, essentially wiped you out genetically so much that the most relation you can hope to have with an ancient Jew is around 50%. Meanwhile, Rome still stands as one of the oldest continuously populated cities in world history. The Romans still exist in [sic] through modern day Italians, their engineering feats which are still used to this day, and the peoples they influenced. What have the Jews done, other than ride the coattails of superior civilizations they could never create?
As of this writing, Blake Flayton, who has over 100,000 followers on X, received 12.7 million views and 11,000 likes. Yours truly, who has a humble 17,000 followers (it was actually around 16,000 before I posted my retort), received 4.7 million views and 60,000 likes. ROMA INVICTA.
How much of this was just an exhibition of trolling? Flayton would go on to perform the usual trick of saying something outrageous on the Internet, and then complaining about getting raked over the coals for it, stating: “I know this caption is an oversimplification of world history and peoples but it kinda served a purpose as Nazi bait.” A fine example of the old Polish proverb, “the Jew cries out in pain as he strikes you.” I can only speak for myself and say that my backhand return to Blake Flayton’s forehand was indeed part of the game of trolling, but there are some serious undertones to take into consideration.
On that same day, June 4, Flayton had also posted this: “I’m currently sitting in a cafe in the Jewish ghetto of Rome. I can’t describe how amazing it feels to speak Hebrew in Europe. It’s an act of rebellion, of defiance.”
No, I don’t think Mr. Flayton was being entirely facetious, just having a bit of fun, just winding up the goyim with a bit of playful banter.
He’s quite serious, and he isn’t alone in expressing this “oversimplification of world history” which casts his people as irrepressible survivors who outwit and outlive the other peoples of the world and their attempts to destroy the Jews for no reason at all.
In fact, another American-born Jew, Eric Weinstein, also felt the need to mark his presence at the Arch of Titus with a picture and a caption for social media:
Say what you want about Jews (actually, don’t do that. You might run afoul of some antisemitism law), but you must admit that no one can hold a grudge like they can, not even the Italians in whose capital city they enjoy flipping off old monuments and speaking Hebrew.
What’s especially delicious is that both Flayton and Weinstein have staunchly positioned themselves against “identity politics”.
“Listen here, goy. Identity politics is bad and stupid and Marxist! Now, let me guilt-trip you about this one time 2,000 years ago when the Romans attacked my people and don’t mind me as I take a photo of my passport beneath the Arch of Titus while gloating about my people still being alive and kicking while your people are gone.”
Eventually it just becomes impossible not to notice the double standard.
Along with Flayton and Weinstein, many if not most Jews and their Gentile admirers absolutely love to spread memes like this one:
Of course, Jews and their Gentile admirers rarely ask why so many different peoples from different lands throughout different centuries had such a problem with Jews. When the question does come up, it’s often waved away. “The Jews were hated for being God’s chosen people” or worse, “The Jews were hated for their moral superiority.”
Something else that is not asked is what role Jews themselves had in bringing down all those civilisations that were bullying them for no reason. Funnily enough, it took a Jew, Maurice Samuel, to state the facts plainly. “We Jews,” he wrote in his 1924 book You Gentiles, “are the destroyers, will remain the destroyers forever. Nothing that you will do will meet our needs and demands. We will forever destroy because we need a world of our own, a God-world, which it is not in your nature to build.” Lovely stuff.
But when we analyse this boast of the indefatigable Jew, we find that not only is it an “oversimplification”, it’s also as hollow as the centre of a bagel. Is it really a great claim to say you outlived medieval military orders? Were the Crusaders even trying to “exterminate” the Jews? And what of this claim that Rome is “gone”, that even the Romans themselves are gone, yet the Jews “remain”?
Well, aside from the irony of claiming Rome is gone while taking a photograph in Rome, it turns out the Jews aren’t that much better off. I may have been playing the game of trolling, but I took this particular match seriously, and when I said that the most relation a modern day Jew can hope to have with those ancient Jews who outlasted all their rivals is about 50%, I wasn’t kidding around. Most Ashkenazi Jews, like Blake Flayton and Eric Weinstein, are significantly genetically European. Of course they are. This really should come as no surprise.
Generation upon generation of Jews have lived in Europe. They have been mixed up with Europeans through intermarriage and other, less pleasant ways of interbreeding. Other Jewish populations, such as Sephardic Jews, also have undergone substantial admixing with differing peoples. Despite Jewish law prohibiting marriage with non-Jews, today over 40% of American Jews have a Gentile spouse. That percentage soars up to 72% when non-Orthodox Jews are taken into consideration. Similar trends are observable in European regions too. If the “Romans” are “gone”, so are the “Jews”.
Even their language, the Hebrew that Flayton so ecstatically speaks in Roman cafés, is a reconstructed approximation of what ancient Jews spoke.
Ah, one might interject, but Jewishness is not just a question of biological ethnicity or linguistic continuity, but also a creed, a religion. Sure, but then who is the “we” that Blake Flayton says “remain”? Is any convert to Judaism “a Jew”? And this takes us to the profound real world effects that interactions on the Internet can have.
I’m Rubber, You’re Jew
For years now, there has been such a concerted attempt to deconstruct the identities of the peoples of Europe that I have had to create and dedicate an entire persona and oeuvre to combatting it. Just days before writing this piece, the Norse Vikings were declared to have been “diverse” and the Irish were said to have never even existed at all, being as they are just a bunch of “mongrels”.
The playbook is always the same. We’ve seen it used against the English, the Italians, the Swedes, the Spanish, the French, and now the Irish; basically, used against any and all Europeans. At this point, it should not be necessary to explain what the ulterior motives are. Anyone with two functioning neurons is able to see it.
A truth that may be uncomfortable for some is that a great deal of this relentless attempt to undermine the very biological reality of the European nations comes from Jewish “intellectuals”. So this got me wondering: should we be deconstructing the deconstructors with much more intensity and frequency?
There are pros and cons to doing so. On the one hand, deconstructing Jewish/Israeli identity would be like fighting fire with fire. If the Irish are mongrels, if the native English are just “immigrants too”, if there is no such thing as an indigenous European, then surely all of that applies to a people who have more admixture than a vegetable stew and were scattered all over Earth’s continents. Deconstructing Jewish identity would be like telling them, “Don’t say things about others that you wouldn’t want said about yourself.” It might serve to rein in that nauseating Jewish chauvinism and their genuinely supremacist beliefs. It might even serve to save the lives of Palestinians and other inhabitants of the areas around Israel. I can hear you chortling, “Good luck with that.”
As I write, Israelis are still killing children in Gaza, still building illegal settlements on the West Bank, still clamouring for war with Iran, still claiming territory in Syria, and on and on. Why? Because they and the Christian lackeys who back them with weaponry, treasure, and servitude, are convinced that a Canaanite volcano god made a real estate deal some thousands of years ago with an ancient people of whom they believe modern “Israelis” are the direct and unchanged descendants and therefore rightful heirs to the Canaanite volcano god’s promise. At some point, the peoples of the world will have to realise that this is not how foreign policy is determined, nor does it provide the justification for Israel’s violence and land-grabbing.
The destruction of Gaza brings us to the shortcomings of deconstructing Jewish identity. The European imprint on Jews has been so stark that many people mistake Israeli Jews as another European people group, going so far as to accuse Israelis of being “white settler colonialists” and “Europeans” who are unjustly taking Middle Eastern lands. Among those 60,000 likes my X post got, I was amused to see how many came from Arabs, Africans, and people with the Palestinian flag next to their usernames. Many people around the world are fed up with Israelis’ behaviour, but we Europeans must be wary of this understandable anger being directed towards us, and this is why too much focus on the European admixture in the Israeli makeup can backfire.
Unfortunately, every single member of the West’s ruling class does us no favours when they constantly proclaim their unconditional support for Israel, even as they continue to open the door to Arab and Muslim immigrants. You’d be forgiven for starting to wonder if these people really do just want to get us all killed.
Another tally in the “con” category is that deconstructing people’s ethnic identity is simply immoral. Despite everything I’ve said and despite the facts about the Jews’ history of miscegenation, I don’t believe that they shouldn’t have a nation-state to call their own, a history to feel a part of, and shared cultural signposts to look to, because I believe those things are important for all people.
While it’s true that Jews have absorbed and been absorbed by various peoples, they still have a Levantine ancestry, and some of them have more of it than others. Again, this is why it’s absurd for a Jew to say that Romans or Greeks are “gone”, because modern day Greeks really do have a lot in common with ancient Greeks and haven’t “gone” anywhere, and modern day Italians not only have a lot in common with ancient Romans but some Italians even share an astonishing continuity with pre-Roman Italic peoples. These things matter. Anyone who wants to sever a people’s roots or erase their history is up to no good.
I’ll extend another olive branch to the Jews. They have done an admirable job of maintaining or reviving their religious customs and folk traditions, and, for better or worse depending on your perspective, inculcating in every passing generation an intense loyalty and devotion to their families and to fellow Jews. Honestly, if Jews weren’t so mendacious, self-centred, resentful, and therefore untrustworthy, they’d make great allies. A bunch of stubborn, wealthy people with a network of connections and the skills to pursue their objectives? Yes, it’d be fantastic if we were on the same side. Will we ever be? That’s another question.
Atomised Gentiles who have been trained (often by Jewish-made propaganda in the form of Hollywood films) to think of ourselves as mere individuals and see any sort of ethnocentric in-group preference as some kind of sin, could learn a lot from Jews. While every single Jew might not be directly related to an ancient Red Sea pedestrian, some are, and most of them, even the ones who don’t go in for all that Judaism stuff, find meaning in the other ties which still hold them together as a distinct people. I don’t begrudge them that. In fact, I want that same in-group preference and pride of peoplehood to be cultivated and celebrated in European peoples. And while subversive Jews like Blake Flayton and Barbara Spectre do exist, there are (whisper it) some Jews, like Éric Zemmour, who want us Europeans to rediscover our confidence, lift our heads up, and reclaim our own inheritance that our own ancestors forged and guarded for us.
Putting Zionism Away
One final thought on deconstructing Jewish identity and Israel the nation-state. For some time there has been talk of the ruling class “putting woke away”. This is the thesis of Neema Parvini, also known as the Academic Agent. He has all sorts of examples to back up his claim that the ruling class, which always seems to act in concert, has realised that “woke” is a luxury which they can no longer indulge. On the other hand, those who are not quite convinced can point to all sorts of other examples which show that woke isn’t going anywhere, or that if it is being put away, it’s being put somewhere.
Parvini and those who agree with him have drawn a connection between Israel’s rise and woke’s demise. In short, woke went too far and endangered Jews in the West and jeopardised Israel’s interests. In order to safeguard Jews and ensure Western allegiance to Israel, the ruling class, many of which are Jews or are married to Jews or just really really like Jews, has had to press on the brake pedal and slow all this crazy woke stuff down. You can’t keep shoving “transwomen” in peoples’ faces, telling them they have to “decolonise” their art museums, and flooding their countries with third world migrants, and expect them to volunteer to fight a war with Iran or not notice that there is this one exception where a nation is allowed to have secure borders and a strong national identity. Zionism, in a word, put woke away.
But I’d like to offer a warning to those who think that woke is done for. I think that Israel’s war against Gaza has been so reprehensible, and their double standards and cry-bullying so inescapably obvious, that the Zionists have poured fuel on the dying embers of woke and reignited the fire.
I believe that the fundamental pillar of “woke” is not gay pride or transgender athletes. A corporation putting away the rainbow flag or a judge ruling that men in skirts are not women does not signify the end of woke. That is because the fundamental pillar of woke is anti-racism, which is really just anti-whiteism. This manifests itself in several ways, one of which is their opposition to white people having homogenous nations-states protected by borders and a strict immigration policy. Thanks to the Zionists, the “woke left” have another “white imperial power” to direct their wiles at. Let’s not forget that George Soros isn’t just a bygone, a stale meme. He is still the foremost benefactor of the Open Society, and he is just as opposed to the homogenous nation-state of Israel as he is to any homogenous nation-state in Europe. These diversity zealots and immigration extremists, these priests and priestesses of the Open Society, are not going to allow Israel to stick out like a puss-filled pimple, especially while Israel confirms every anti-nationalist trope like “nationalism leads to genocide”. I’d caution that Zionism hasn’t put woke away, but that woke could easily put Zionism away, and with it the very idea of sovereign, homogenous nations once and for all.
This is also my warning to Israelis and to Jews living in the West. You say you’re fighting on the frontlines in the battle for Western civilisation. You might want to refrain from gloating over old Roman monuments or implying that our folk are “gone”. You say you feel unsafe after October 7, 2023. You might want to do something about the Jewish immigration NGOs that helped create those unsafe conditions. You say that you must constantly be wary of rising antisemitism or another holocaust. You might want to stop doing things that make people antisemitic, like carrying out a holocaust in Gaza.
I want you to have a nation-state of your own. I want you to move there, live there, and get along with your neighbours. I think you’d like it. I think your neighbours would like it too. Not everyone is out to get you.
Like Blake Flayton, you’re obviously very proud of Israel, so go there and may you have peace. But please, don’t fuck it up by acting like cunts all the time.
